December 5 - All Prior Approval Forms due if not done by another fair.
January 9 - Online Registration will close.
February 14 - Presentation upload will close 11:59 PM.
Important Sponsor Deadlines
December 5 - School Membership Form and Payment ($50) due
January 9 - Student forms due in folder sent to sponsor.
January 11 - Category Selection 4 PM (virtual)
February 2 - Payment due for student participation (invoiced based on students registered as of January 12th).
Important Judge Deadlines
February 9 - last day to register as a judge.

STUDENT SCHEDULE:Fair Schedule: Students are requested to report between 8:00 and 8:15. Schedule listed below reflects approximate times. All presentations are digital format (pdf). Student's Schedule: TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE Student’s Schedule: 8:00 – 8:30 –Student Registration (Athletics B1 Entrance) 8:45 – Brief Introductory Remarks (Gardner Theatre) 8:55 - Students report to classrooms for presentations. 9:00 – 10:30 – presentations Students are dismissed when all the presentations in their room are completed. Groups can congregate in Gardner Theatre until all students and mentors and ready to leave.

JUDGE'S SCHEDULE:Fair Schedule: Judges are requested to report between 7:45 and 8:15. Schedule listed below reflects approximate times. Judge's Schedule: TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE Judge’s Schedule: 7:45 – 8:45 –Light refreshments will be available 8:30- judge’s meeting in cafeteria 8:45 – judges are released to rooms 9:00 – presentations start 10:45- presentations conclude 11:15- rubrics returned to coordinators |
